We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our team. As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a crucial role in providing quality dental care to our patients. We have a high tech/low stress fully digital practice. Your primary responsibilities will include performing dental cleanings, conducting patient assessments, and educating patients in good oral care. If you have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for oral health, we would love to hear from you.

Our practice is growing rapidly and we need another person to join our team. Some flexibility with scheduling hours, but 16–32 hours per week is desired.

• Perform thorough dental cleanings and remove plaque and tartar buildup
• Conduct patient assessments, including reviewing medical history and taking vital signs
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide recommendations for at-home care
• Take digital dental x-rays for diagnostic purposes
• Administer local anesthesia as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including dental/perio charting
• Follow infection control protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment

• Valid Dental Hygienist license in Ohio
• Proven experience as a Dental Hygienist
• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
• Familiarity with dental software systems (Dentrix Ascend)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent manual dexterity
• Ability to effectively communicate with patients of all ages.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with an established eager team
