Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives in Columbus, Ohio. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to address their inquiries and needs. You will play a vital role in building customer relationships and ensuring a positive experience with our company.

Salary: $18 - $19 per hour

Shift: First

Work hours:

8 AM - 5 PM

Education:

High School diploma required; some college coursework preferred.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Assist customers with policy-related questions, billing inquiries, and claims processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, while documenting all interactions accurately.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with problem-solving abilities.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Entry-level position suitable for individuals with at least 2 years of experience.
