As a Solutions Center Representative, you'll deliver exceptional service to members, partners, and financial professionals. You'll handle inquiries, resolve account concerns, and educate customers on plan benefits, all while building strong relationships.

Pay Rate:

$19 per hour, paid weekly

Location of Assignment:

Hybrid (2 days in the office and 3 days at home), Grandview Yard office: 1000 Yard. St., Columbus, OH 43212 (H building, 3rd floor)

Schedule:
  • Training: A total of 5 weeks from 9:00-5:30 EST.
  • Training Weeks 1-4:
    Monday-Friday from 9:00-5:30 EST. Tuesday and Wednesday are office training days.
  • Week 5 (Flexible Hours):
    Monday - Friday with 8-hour shift b/t 8:00-8:00 EST.
  • Hybrid: 2-days in the office and 3-days at home.
Assignment Duration:

12 months, with potential for extension/conversion depending on performance, attendance and business need

Target

Start Date:

05/04/2026, upon completion of new hire onboarding

Candidate MUST have access to router. Client will provide an Ethernet cable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls about investment plans and products.
  • Interpret policy changes and provide expert guidance.
  • Maintain records and use insights to enhance customer relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Educate customers on financial implications, penalties, and plan benefits.
  • Strive for first-call resolution and collaborate on escalated cases.
  • Participate in career development and goal-setting sessions.
What We're Looking For

Education:
  • Recent degree in finance, business, insurance, economics, or communications.
Experience:
  • 1+ year in customer service or sales; must be coachable and enjoy engaging with others.
Skills:
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer proficiency.
Additional Requirements

Upon acceptance of offer, candidates will be required to submit to a 10-year criminal background check, urinalysis drug screen, and soft credit screen.
