Monique Morin Lingerie is a growing, design-driven intimate apparel brand rooted in inclusivity and ethical production. We are looking for a thoughtful, detail-oriented Operations Associate to support customer care and e-commerce fulfillment within our studio.
This is a hands‑on role that blends physical order processing with digital operations and written communication. It is best suited to someone who enjoys precision, takes ownership of their work, and communicates with clarity and care.
This position offers the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility over time as your understanding of our operations deepens.
The RoleAs our Operations Associate – E-Commerce & Customer Care, you will support daily order fulfillment, customer communication, and Shopify-based operations. You will ensure that each order is prepared accurately and that every client interaction — across email, SMS, and social platforms — reflects professionalism and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via email, SMS, and social platforms with professionalism and clarity
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare daily customer orders
- Process returns, repacking, relabeling, and quality checks
- Maintain and update inventory records within Shopify
- Proactively identify Shopify front‑end or backend issues during daily tasks
- Troubleshoot minor issues and escalate clearly when needed
- Support product updates and data entry within our e‑commerce system
- Resolve delivery issues and liaise with courier providers
- Communicate with influencers regarding product information, sizing, and order coordination in preparation for collaborations
- Assist with stock organization and inventory counts
- Maintain a clean, structured, and efficient workspace
This role is best suited to someone early‑to‑mid career who has hands‑on experience in e‑commerce, customer service, or retail operations and is ready to take on more ownership and responsibility.
You should bring:
- Familiarity with Shopify or similar e‑commerce platforms
- Comfort moving between physical tasks (fulfillment, inventory) and digital tasks (customer communication, system updates)
- Ability to spot inconsistencies or operational issues and think critically about solutions
- Proficiency in reading and applying bras and lingerie size charts
- High attention to detail and organizational discipline
- Reliability, accountability, and comfort working independently
- Enjoys a balance of hands‑on work and problem‑solving
- Is early in their career but takes their work seriously
- Cares about product quality, details, and customer trust
- Is comfortable communicating across multiple written channels, including social platforms
