As a Customer Service Representative
, you’ll be the friendly face of Dublin Cleaners — greeting customers, processing orders, answering questions, and ensuring every garment and every guest receives outstanding service.

• Greet customers warmly and make them feel welcome.

• Receive, tag, and check in garments for cleaning or alterations.

• Handle order pick‑ups, payments, and special requests accurately.

• Communicate clearly with production staff to ensure quality and timeliness.

• Keep the front counter and work area clean, organized, and professional.

• Maintain a positive attitude and represent the Dublin Cleaners brand with pride.

• Strong customer service or retail experience preferred.

• Dependable, friendly, and detail‑oriented.

• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

• Comfortable using a point‑of‑sale (POS) system.

• Must have reliable transportation and punctual attendance.

• Full‑time and part‑time shifts available.
