Description
Are you a skilled communicator with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? At Great Lakes Hyundai of Columbus, we are looking for a dedicated Service Advisor to join our dynamic team! As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers and play a vital role in ensuring they receive top-quality service for their vehicles.
Key Responsibilities- Greet customers and assist them with their service needs in a professional and friendly manner.
- Listen to customers' concerns and advise them on the best possible solutions.
- Schedule service appointments and provide accurate time frames for completion.
- Prepare and maintain customer service orders, ensuring all required details are recorded.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure that work is performed efficiently and meets the customers' expectations.
- Provide customers with cost estimates, explain repair and maintenance procedures, and answer any questions they may have.
- Follow up with customers regarding their service and keep them informed on progress.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
- Proven experience in customer service or automotive service advising.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems and terminology is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Clean and valid Driver's License.
- Previous experience in an automotive service environment.
- Knowledge of service software and scheduling tools.
