What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Coordinate with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and training teams to ensure successful adoption and deployment of analytics products
  • Guide clients through onboarding and change management processes to integrate solutions into their workflows
  • Conduct in-depth training on product offerings and assist with customer escalations as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer success and support internal documentation efforts
  • Utilize industry knowledge to identify customer needs and position the employer’s solutions effectively
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Relevant educational background in fields such as computer science or mathematics
  • Strong knowledge of the employer's analytical and engineering products
  • In-depth understanding of customer needs, ambitions, and workflows related to the employer's offerings
  • Advanced consultative sales and customer success skills
  • Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills in English
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in building influential networks within customer organizations
  • Prior use of analytical and AI solutions similar to the employer's product portfolio
  • Ability to communicate in additional languages
