Customer Service Representative / Technical Support Specialist (ON-SITE)
Location: Worthington/Lewis Center area
Start Date: March 23rd
Pay: $19/hour
Hours: Between 9:30am-9:30pm (4–10 hour shifts)
We are seeking dedicated Customer Service Representative / Technical Support Specialists. In this role, you will interact with customers via telephone, email, or online chat to provide support and information on our products and services. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries, troubleshoot mobile devices, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Interact with customers via telephone, email, or online chat to provide support and information on products or services.
- Collect and enter orders for new or additional products or services.
- Assist callers with any questions regarding their mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot devices and assist with the setup/provisioning of the device, coordinating with service providers and technicians as needed.
- Field customer questions and complaints, ensuring appropriate actions are taken to resolve issues.
- Forward issues beyond your knowledge to the assigned specialist or appropriate staff.
- Coordinate efforts with service providers, IT Help Desks, MDM Administrators, and customers to maintain service expectations.
- Act as an intermediary to prevent "up-selling" by service providers.
- Maintain customer accounts and records of interactions, detailing inquiries, complaints, or comments.
- Perform data entry, administrative support, and clerical duties as required.
- Complete other related duties as assigned.
- ATF Security Clearance credit/background check required
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Six (6) months or more experience in customer service.
- Basic computer and smartphone skills.
- Experience working with wireless devices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
