Overview
Part Time Opportunity. 2nd Shift Saturday & Sunday, 2:00pm - 10:00pm. You will be the first and last impression with our client’s customers, providing a warm welcome and delivering memorably excellent service to drive the company forward. Propark Mobility is the employer;

This is a part-time position with opportunities for upward mobility within Propark Mobility.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities- Greet customers, respond promptly to correspondence and problems, display a caring attitude, and develop rapport with customers.
- Assist customers in lobbies, lanes, and the parking office; help direct traffic.
- Promote good customer relations by consistently providing premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor and a can-do attitude.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, customers, and employees.
- Other duties as assigned.
- May be asked by local management to complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks according to the company’s maintenance checklists.
- Other special projects as assigned by location management.
- High School degree preferred but not required.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Parking and/or university operations experience preferred.
- Customer Service experience.
- Knowledge of The Ohio State University campus is a plus.
- Flexible, willing to work multiple facility locations.
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively.
- Excellent team-building and interpersonal skills.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, multi-faceted work environment.
- Must be able to work unsupervised.
- Ability to speak, read, and comprehend the English language.
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency and timeliness.
- Ability to handle challenging and emotionally charged situations.
The position requires standing, walking, sitting, using hands to handle tools or controls, reaching with hands or arms, talking, and hearing. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 10 lbs. The work environment may include weather conditions and exposure to fumes or airborne particles; the noise level can range from minimal to moderate.
