Position: Network Engineer - Customer Outreach with Security Clearance
Job Description Overview Blue Water Federal is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support DISA operations in the Columbus, OH area. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for initial customer interactions and follow through of service orders. Responsibilities
* Initial customer interactions and follow through of service orders.

* Enter the service request details into DISA Storefront (DSF) to initiate a telecommunications service request.

* Perform customer interaction with exceptional service before/after DISA Storefront (DSF) entry.

* Engage with the customer to provide assistance if the service request is incomplete or requirements are unclear. Qualifications
* Associate's degree is preferred

* 2+ years of IT experience, preferably within telecom provisioning

* Must have an active Secret clearance.

* May require mandatory schedule change based on operational requirements, resulting in a swing shift/second shift schedule (Example: 3:00 p.m.
