Build your career by supporting annuity transfer requests in a fast‑paced, team‑focused environment.
What You’ll Do- Talk with customers and outside companies to help move annuity funds
- Follow up on paperwork and resolve outstanding items
- Partner with Underwriting and other internal teams to complete transfers
- Provide professional customer service by phone and email
- Corporate-level customer service experience
- Motivated, dependable, and eager to learn
- Insurance experience helpful, not required
- High‑impact role with strong career growth opportunities
- Supportive team that helps build skills for future roles
This position will be hired on a Success Flex basis.
The hired associate must reside within 35 miles of Ohio: 1000 Yard St, Grandview Heights, OH, 43212.
Work schedule:
2 days in office, 3 days remote.
This role does not qualify for employer-sponsored work authorization. Nationwide does not participate in the Stem OPT Extension program.
