• Handle inbound customer calls related to banking products and services
• Assist customers with basic account inquiries and transactions
• Provide clear and accurate information while following banking procedures
• Document customer interactions in internal systems
• Deliver professional and friendly customer service
• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Customer service experience preferred (retail, hospitality, call center, etc.)
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Ability to pass a background check (banking requirement)
