Confirmation Dispatch Representative

• Responsible for lead management of a market segment.
• Double check all notes, appointment history, details to ensure your market maximizes its potential.
• Dispatch all leads according to the best RPL and sales rep situation.
• Confirm accuracy of appointment with the customer and other sources as outlined by company guidelines.
• Gain customer agreement on attendance and timeframe of appointment.
• Dispatch customer appointments to sales reps within company guidelines.
• Accurately document and disposition all appointments, calls and sales within company guidelines.
• Communicate with Confirmations/Dispatch manager any systemic, policy or process gaps in need of attention.
• Communicate with Dispatch/Confirmations team any scheduling, lead, appointment, or customer discrepancies, irregularities or changes.
• Call/text/email customers with appointments in need of attention in a timely manner or in line with pre‑determined schedule.
• Communicate regularly and professionally to sales and call center management on market needs.
• Participate in coaching sessions and training regularly and when requested.
• Other duties or responsibilities as assigned by management.

• Computer skills:
  Experience in Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  Strong oral and written communication skills including but not limited to text, email, phone and in‑person communication.
• Planning and organizing:
  Ability to plan and organize appointments, schedules and communications.

• Ability to work nights and weekends when needed.
• Ability to “read” people and resolve conflict before it happens.
• Ability to relate positively to customer.

• 3 years call center, dispatching, sales, or customer service experience.
• 90 days Confirmation Experience as a confirmation specialist (preferred).
