Pay: $18/hr
Hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM, potential OT

What You'll Do:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
  • Responding to customer inquiries daily via chat, email, and phone with professionalism and empathy.
  • Efficiently resolving product, order, shipping, and return inquiries, while escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Advising customers on return and warranty processes, providing solutions, and processing replacements where applicable.
  • Communicating trends, issues, and customer insights to the broader team to help inform improvements.
  • Cross-selling or referring products and services to enhance customer experience and drive brand loyalty.
What You'll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience (phone, chat, and email support); e-commerce experience is a plus.
  • Strong research, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general administrative tasks.
  • A professional, positive, and supportive demeanor, especially in challenging interactions.
  • Experience with Gladly, Shopify, or Narvar is a plus.

Location & Schedule:
This position is in-office in Columbus, OH, and offers full-time, first shift hours from 8 AM to 4:30 PM. Please note that there will be times of mandatory overtime.
