Join our client as a Customer Support Representative where you’ll handle incoming phone calls regarding various service inquiries. You’ll respond with accuracy and efficiency, consistently meeting key department performance metrics. Functional support areas include cash management products, online services, and general account or financial-related inquiries.
Key Responsibilities- Addressing incoming phone calls with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
- Providing support on cash management products, online services, and general financial inquiries.
- Contributing to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Multi‑tasking and adjusting quickly to changes in a busy financial service center.
- Preference for a college degree or previous contact center experience.
- Highly professional, career‑driven, committed to delivering world‑class service.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
