Greets visitors, responding to inquiries or problems and directing visitors to requested locations.
Job DescriptionEssential Functions:
- Answers and directs phone calls and walk-in inquiries to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Provides information about the organization's services, policies, and procedures to visitors.
- Maintains and updates records of visitors, inquiries, and complaints.
- Monitors and maintains the cleanliness and organization of the information desk area.
- Collaborates with other departments to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided to visitors.

Skills:
- Must possess general office and multitasking skills.
- Requires good listening and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of standardmedical terminology.
- Ability to type 35 words per minute.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
- Enjoys working with the public and possesses a friendly, helpful attitude.
Experience: Two years of customer service experience, required.
