is a leading consulting agency based out of Columbus, OH. We are looking for someone to join our Customer Service Team
; providing the highest quality customer satisfaction to both our clients and customer base.
An ideal candidate would be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing information about different services and/or products. We will provide training for skills needed to be successful in this position and have seen successful candidates come from a wide range of previous career backgrounds.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Provide thorough information about products and/or services
- Develop customer reports
- Provide solutions to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Respond to customer questions and/or complaints efficiently
- Use problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
