Customer Success Manager – Bilingual (English/Spanish)

• Serve as the primary point person for multiple customers across North America.
• Own the customer post‑signature experience through ongoing support, coordinating with the internal deployments team.
• Act as the voice of the customer among product, engineering, and sales to ensure alignment.
• Coordinate ongoing customer touchpoints to align production planning with our robotic systems’ capabilities.
• Ensure customer utilization of our robotic systems for all accounts.

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken), able to communicate technical and business concepts effectively.
• Will travel as needed (up to 30%) to customer sites to build relationships and understand operations.
• Has experience communicating technical subjects to non‑technical audiences.
• Capable of negotiating with stakeholders at executive leadership levels.
