UX Designer

As a UX Designer, you will be part of the design team supporting product development. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, a strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking, and experience using Figma.

** What's the Job?*
* + Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.

+ Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.

+ Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

+ Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to optimize existing interfaces and create new features.

+ Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across all platforms and products.

** What's Needed?*
* + 3-7 years of UX design experience, preferably with a focus on digital products.

+ Proficiency in Figma, with a strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking and problem-solving skills.

+ Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.

+ Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.

+ Experience conducting user research and translating insights into actionable design improvements.
