The Production Designer, Senior is the ultimate collaborator, and keeper of the Net Jets brand. The Production Designer, Senior is responsible for the designing, formatting, editing, and preparation of files for a broad range of marketing materials supporting prospect acquisition, Owner retention, events and internal communications. This individual will work closely with the marketing team, vendors and printers to ensure high-quality output across a multitude of projects.

Partners with Art Director, Visual Designers, and Creative Director on specifications and execution of projects. This individual will also have the ability to build upon existing designs and create complementary pieces. Has strong problem-solving skills, is highly detail oriented. This role will work successfully with other members of the Marketing team to produce high-quality assets that best represent our brand and meet Net Jets' visual standards.

In addition, this individual should be an expert in a variety of file formats (PSD, INDD, PPT, etc.), ensuring designs are free of printing error, accurate in color/typography/layout ensuring final printed materials meet industry standards.

• 60% Formatting, editing, designing and preparing print designs for the Net Jets Brand and subsidiaries, including collateral pieces, advertisements, sell sheets, and various other marketing pieces. Photo dam management and organization.
• 20% Executing newly designed creative.
• 10% Prepare final artwork for production.
• 10% Manage workflow to make and meet deadlines.

• Expert in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
• Strong eye for aesthetics and visual details to ensure a quality final product

• Excellent project management, time management and communication skills
