As a Video Production Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the creation of our online training courses. You will work closely with our production team to assist in all aspects of video production, from pre‑production planning to post‑production editing. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that all video content is of the highest quality and meets our standards for accuracy and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the production team to develop and execute video concepts and scripts
- Set up and operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment during filming
- Assist with location scouting and set preparation
- Manage and organize video files and assets
- Review and select the best takes for the final video edit
- Edit and add graphics, sound effects, and music to create a polished final product
- Collaborate with the team to ensure all videos are delivered on time and meet project deadlines
- Continuously seek ways to improve video production processes and techniques
- Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and best practices in video production
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Video Production, or a related field
- 1‑2 years of experience in video production, preferably in an educational or corporate setting
- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
- Experience with camera operation, lighting, and audio equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high‑quality standards
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
- Passion for learning and staying current with new video production techniques and technologies
