Job Overview

The Marketing team at Earthley is seeking a Visual Media Team Lead who can review and approve content from Visual Media team members, ensuring that it meets brand standards. The ideal candidate understands Social Media marketing. We seek an individual with solid leadership skills that has strong writing, editing and graphic design experience.

Objectives of This Role
  • Oversee consistent, high‑quality visual content that aligns with brand standards
  • Adapt content based on audience behavior, trends, and business needs
  • Ensure visuals are accurate, compliant, and appropriate for the intended audience
Key Responsibilities
  • Review and approve content:
    Ensure brand standards are met for graphic design and other visuals
  • Ensure topics are fresh, relevant, and interesting
  • Ensure posts are completed and scheduled on time across platforms
Complete weekly metrics documents
  • Reviews “post” performance
  • Completes metrics documents for each team member weekly and provides clear feedback on strengths and opportunities.
  • Submits metrics documents to Visual Media Supervisor and HR
  • Refers concerns with performance on team to Visual Media Supervisor
Attend Video shoots
  • Participates in on‑site and off‑site video shoots to assist with set designs, props, lights, craft, or other things as needed
Assist with graphic design projects
  • Complete high level graphic design projects as needed
Skills and Qualifications
  • Must have strong writing skills
  • Experience in video editing
  • Solid foundation in graphic design
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit and work in front of a computer for at least 8 hours per day.
  • Ability to use standard office equipment, including a computer, keyboard, mouse, and telephone, for prolonged periods.
