Dance Instructor

Overview

Fred Astaire Dance Studios is hiring for a Dance Instructor. We are looking for individuals who love interacting with people, staying active, and helping others achieve their dance goals. Whether you have years of experience or are new to teaching, you could have a successful future with us.

• Conduct private and group dance classes throughout the week for students of various ages.
• Help students reach their personal dance goals through events, ongoing instruction, and lifelong dance growth.
• Attend studio events in the evenings and on weekends with students as needed and desired.

• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and passionate about dance
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Understanding of what it takes to be successful and willingness to commit to the work
• Accountability and ability to work well in a team
• Openness to coaching and feedback

• Excellent physical fitness and endurance for the role
