The Project Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of project planning with customers, installers, and subcontractors; project progression; tracking product orders and delivery to job sites; attending project meetings; and ensuring quality control.
This position involves in-office and on-site project attendance. Fuel and vehicle allowance to be determined.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers for project requirements and status
- Coordinate deliveries of materials to align with project schedule(s)
- Verify the accuracy and quality of materials delivered
- Monitor progress for all self-performing work, subcontractor coordination, supervision, and job site safety
- Blueprint reading, layout, and planning of the work to be performed for projects
- Manage scheduling and coordination of subcontractors, labor, and materials
- Communicate with suppliers and vendors of materials to ensure compliance with the project timeline and schedules
- Respond promptly to customer communication and provide solutions in a timely manner
- Ensure QA & QC at all stages of the project
- Complete project closeout reviews and documents in a timely manner
- Participate in off-site customer and/or vendor meetings as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- 1+ years of experience and/or background in general construction
- Working knowledge and interest in doors, trim, and related hardware industry
- Supervisor and/or subcontractor experience
- Ability to travel from job site to job site
- Highly organized, motivated, and detail-oriented
- Strong customer service focus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 preferred
- 1+ year's experience with construction software (Procore, Build, etc.) preferred
This is a day shift position generally scheduled on a Monday through Friday basis. Some overtime and weekends required.
