Roth Construction Columbus LLC is seeking a seasoned Estimator with strong insurance restoration experience to join our growing team.
We are looking for a professional with 10+ years of estimating experience who is highly proficient in Xactimate and understands both residential and commercial restoration. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate project scoping, competitive bidding, and successful project execution.
Hilliard, Ohio | $70,000–$100,000 | Full-Time
Key Responsibilities- Develop detailed estimates using Xactimate
- Conduct site visits, including roof inspections
- Review construction documents and prepare comprehensive bid packages
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and insurance adjusters
- Negotiate vendor pricing and monitor cost controls
- 10+ years of estimating experience (insurance restoration required)
- Strong fire and water restoration background
- TPA experience highly recommended
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- 401(k) with 3% match
