About The Role

Currie & Brown is currently looking for Resident Assistant Project Officer (RAPO) for our Hong Kong office. The successful candidate will work on-site to facilitate the adoption of innovation and advanced technologies in the project and to provide general support to the Resident Site Staff (RSS) team. It is a 2-year employment contract.

• A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related subject which satisfies the academic requirements for corporate membership of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS) in the Quantity Surveying Division.

• Provision of technical support to the implementation of digital management systems in relation to the works contracts and the project.
• Provision of assistance to Resident Quantity Surveyor (RQS) or above in the delivery of their duties as a representative or delegate of the Project Manager, Supervisor, Engineer, Architect, Surveyor and Supervising Officer as appropriate under works contracts as assigned by the Consultant(s).
• Provision of assistance to RQS or above in the delivery of all their other assigned duties related to works contracts and the project.
• Collaboration with other RSS ranks for delivery of works contracts and the project in a safe, efficient and cost effective manner with good quality.
• Other duties related to the consultancy works, works contracts or the project as may be assigned by the head of the RSS team, their supervisors, RQS or above or the Consultant(s) from time to time.
