Quantity Surveyor - Billing

Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a background in F&B store or kitchen outlet projects? Currie & Brown is hiring 2 dynamic professionals for PAN India roles in support of our growing Retail & F&B project portfolio.

• 1️⃣ Quantity Surveyor Billing – Civil
• 2️⃣ Quantity Surveyor Billing – MEP

• Quantity surveying, estimation, and costing for retail/kitchen outlet interior projects
• Measurement verification and bill certification (client and vendor side)
• Site coordination for billing and QS-related activities
• Handling both small and large-scale fit-out projects across multiple cities

• Qualification:
  
  BE/Diploma in Civil or MEP Engineering
• Experience:
  
  4–6 years in F&B/retail fit-out projects (McDonald's, Swiggy, Pizza Hut, Zudio, Popeyes, etc.)
• Proven experience in completing at least 5+ F&B / QSR outlet projects
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to travel PAN India
