Location: Columbus, OH

A leading General Contractor specializing in multifamily and condominium construction is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join our growing team in Columbus, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality, ground-up residential developments.

• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for ground-up multifamily and condominium projects
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and subcontractor proposals
• Develop and manage budgets throughout preconstruction
• Collaborate closely with project management and field teams
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and manage risk
• Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors
• Support bid strategy and proposal development

• 7–10 years of estimating experience in commercial or residential construction
• Proven experience with ground-up construction projects
• Field experience preferred (but not required)
• Proactive, detail-oriented approach to estimating and budgeting
• Ability to work in-office five days per week
• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office

• Stable pipeline of multifamily and condominium projects
