We need an experienced Asphalt Paving Foreman to oversee our Paving operations throughout Ohio. The foreman will manage on-site daily operations, coordinate crew activities, maintain equipment, and communicate with project managers or superintendents to ensure project success.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily activities for the main asphalt paving crew.
  • Coordinate crew activities
  • Responsible for equipment maintenance on-site
  • Communicate with project managers or superintendents to ensure project success.
  • Drive and operate trucks and equipment.
  • Develop and maintain positive relations with internal and external customers.
  • Ability to read and understand plans and specifications.
  • Support personnel during the construction of the work.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications And Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience working in concrete construction, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Proven ability to read blueprints, project plans, and specifications.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and tools.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best construction practices.
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License and CDL preferred
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy materials, tools, and equipment (up to 50 lbs. or more).
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions
