This is a full-time, on-site role located in Columbus, OH, for a Field Construction Manager. The Field Construction Manager will oversee daily construction operations, coordinate and manage field crews, and ensure all projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Responsibilities include reviewing project timelines, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and managing materials and subcontractors to deliver successful telecom infrastructure installations.

The Field Construction Manager will also serve as the on-site liaison between various stakeholders and provide leadership to ensure smooth project execution.

• Project management and team leadership skills for supervising and motivating crews to meet project objectives
• Experience in construction operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and material handling
• Knowledge of safety and compliance standards in the construction or telecom industry
• Strong communication and organizational skills to interact effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients
• Proficiency with construction-related tools, equipment, and technology
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities in dynamic and high-pressure environments
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction or telecommunications industry is preferred
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required
