We are seeking a seasoned Superintendent with a specialty in roofing to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a solid background in the construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all roofing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities
As a Permanent Superintendent:
Roofing, your primary responsibilities will include:
Overseeing all aspects of roofing projects from inception to completion.Developing comprehensive project schedules and coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.Conducting regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.Ensuring projects are completed within budget by effectively managing resources and implementing cost control measures.Communicating regularly with clients, architects, and engineers to keep them informed about project progress and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.Resolving on-site issues and challenges, making quick decisions to keep projects on track.Ensuring the quality of workmanship meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations.Training and mentoring junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and regulations to ensure our company remains competitive.Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry, with a focus on roofing.Proven experience in commercial projects, with a strong understanding of project management principles.Expertise in scheduling and cost control, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.Proficiency in relevant software and technology.A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field would be advantageous.Certifications in roofing or related fields would be a plus.This role offers a unique opportunity to apply your skills and expertise in a challenging and rewarding environment.
