Job DescriptionCraft Contracting is seeking experienced Construction Safety Technicians to support active job sites across multiple states. This role is responsible for promoting a strong safety culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, and helping maintain safe working environments on construction projects.
Responsibilities- Enforce company safety policies and OSHA regulations
- Conduct job site safety inspections and audits
- Identify hazards and recommend corrective actions
- Assist with incident investigations and reporting
- Provide safety training and guidance to field teams
- Support site management with safety compliance efforts
- 6 days per week, 12 hours per day
- Experience on Data Centers is a plus
- CHST (Construction Health and Safety Technician) certification required
- Minimum of 2 years of construction safety experience
- Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and construction safety practices
- Ability to work independently across multiple job sites
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Experience working on large or multi-site construction projects
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
