Key Responsibilities
  • Attend jobsite meetings including scheduling, safety, and production coordination ("Muddy Boots").
  • Ensure labor accountability: monitor attendance, punctuality, and compliance with site regulations.
  • Read and understand project drawings, documents, and internal resource libraries.
  • Collaborate with Project Management to maintain project schedules and ensure jobsite readiness.
  • Implement and uphold all QA/QC procedures.
  • Lead weekly toolbox talks and safety communications.
  • Coordinate material, equipment, and labor requests with Project and Production Managers.
  • Track and manage labor and material budgets per project.
  • Maintain and update production boards in the office for current job progress.
  • Prepare sites for scheduled inspections and ensure compliance.
  • Communicate consistently via company email, submitting daily updates and reporting any issues.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite environment aligned with company standards.
Qualifications
  • 3 years of experience in construction field operations or supervision preferred.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, documentation, and field scheduling.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to adopt a collaborative, growth-minded management style.
  • Reliable and committed to building a long-term career with one company.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks on active job sites.
  • No specific licenses or certifications required.

Schedule
  • Full-Time:
    Monday-Friday 6AM-3:30PM
  • Standard workweek with flexibility as needed per project demands.
