Project Manager​/Estimator

Job Overview

We’re hiring a Project Manager / Estimator to manage heavy civil and site-development projects from estimating through execution. This role combines pre‑construction estimating, project oversight, and field coordination to deliver complex infrastructure projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

• Manage heavy civil and site-development projects from bid award through closeout
• Prepare detailed estimates, takeoffs, and proposals for earthwork, utilities, and site infrastructure
• Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and material procurement
• Track schedules, budgets, change orders, and project documentation
• Communicate with owners, engineers, and internal teams to manage scope and timelines

• Experience in heavy civil or site-development construction project management
• Strong estimating, cost control, and project coordination skills
• Knowledge of earthwork, utilities, grading, and site infrastructure
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Professional, client-facing communication skills
