Assistant Project Manager

We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Assistant Project Manager to support our growing construction team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic who thrives in the field and ensures that materials, schedules, and logistics stay on track. You’ll be instrumental in supporting day-to-day operations, helping crews stay efficient and productive on job sites.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and deliver construction materials to job sites.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
• Return unused or damaged materials to vendors.
• Drive company trucks and tow trailers.
• Assist in pulling permits and basic paperwork.
• Support the Project Manager with daily tasks.
• Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress and report issues.
• Follow safety protocols on all tasks.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (college/trade school a plus).
• Construction or warehouse experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Comfortable towing trailers and driving trucks.
• Familiar with construction tools and materials.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
