What You’ll Do
  • Lead all phases of project management including pre‑construction planning, budgeting, scheduling, and closeout;
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget;
  • Collaborate closely with field staff, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and owners to drive successful project outcomes;
  • Provide accurate cost estimating and value engineering support during project development;
  • Review and negotiate contracts, submittals, RFIs, and change orders;
  • Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders;
  • Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork on every jobsite.

Qualifications
  • 3-7 years of experience managing commercial construction projects;
  • Proven track record with projects ranging up to $25M;
  • Solid understanding of project estimation, scheduling (Primavera/MS Project), and cost control;
  • Ability to lead project teams, train and develop direct reports, and build strong relationships with clients and trade partners;
  • Strong problem‑solving, communication, and organizational skills;
  • Proficiency in construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.);
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
