Construction Superintendent

Our client has been in the general contracting, design build and construction management business for over 60 years. • Seeking management experience in general construction
• Experience overseeing all aspects of a project from cradle to grave
• Ability to read and analyze blueprints, manage schedules and financials
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and proven organizational skills

• Minimum of 5 years of field engineer level experience
• Must have OSHA 10-hour certification (OSHA 30 is preferred)
• Experience in projects of $10 million or more preferred
• Healthcare and hospital construction project experience highly preferred

Salary Range: $100-125K
