• Conduct research and analysis to support business operations and present findings to management
• Develop solutions through root-cause analysis of complex issues related to Broker/Dealer business
• Identify opportunities to enhance workflows, procedures, and policies
• Make level-appropriate decisions while weighing business risk and customer service
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to process legal orders and customer complaints

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience with MMLIS and/or 5+ years of financial services experience
• Series 7 & 24 licenses required at the time of application
• 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Candidates must reside within 50 miles of the employer's office for hybrid work expectations

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 7+ years of experience in the financial services industry
• Highly collaborative team player with exceptional attention to detail
