You will identify and develop business process mapping and recommend and implement policies and procedures for new and existing business processes.
You'll support the business administration functions for your assigned area.
This role provides dedicated project management support to build and support ongoing delivery for India-based procurement. The associate will own the integrated project plan for procurement and serve as the central coordination point for planning and running work streams for India procurement operations. Responsibilities include planning and running work streams, defining scope and milestones, coordinating cross‑functional resources, and maintaining clear, consistent communication across time zones.

- Building additional procurement capabilities, including designing, standardizing, and maintaining templates, tools, and approaches (e.g., status reports, project plans, RAID logs) that enable transparency, governance, and repeatable execution.
- Monitoring progress against deliverables, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, issues, and dependencies, and driving decision‑making and escalations needed to keep milestones on track.
- Capturing lessons learned to continuously improve the new operations.
- Managing additional responsibilities as assigned.
Reports to Manager/Director or Officer. This is an individual contributor position.
Typical Skills and ExperiencesEducation:
Undergraduate studies in business, mathematics or related field.
License / Certification / Designation:
Project Management Certification preferred.
Experience:
Six years of work experience in project management. Business process mapping experience preferred.
Knowledge, Abilities and
Skills:
Strong knowledge of project management concepts and techniques. Working knowledge of business terminology, systems and data processing policies, practices and procedures. Knowledge of business‑related systems concepts and requirements preferred. Strong relationship building skills. Outstanding project management skills. Strong negotiation and problem‑solving skills. Proven decision‑making skills for problem identification and selection of alternatives. Effective interpersonal skills. Ability to prepare technical reports and formal presentations.
