Client Relationship Manager, Business Development
The individual in this role will collaborate with leadership to implement and scale our full-service digital health model. The Account Manager will support orthopedic healthcare practices and providers with product education, integration, and achievement of target program KPIs. Account Managers provide support to current clients with a focus on adoption, expansion, upselling and maintaining client success for the long-term. Be open to being on-site at client practices and working from the office or remotely.
The individual will be a vital contributor to the Physician Partnership Team and must possess the “best of” abilities to apply the model with all future clients.
The right person will be dynamic, personable, and adept at identifying client needs. They must be an excellent written and verbal communicator able to succinctly relay complex topics. They will be successful with the ability to break-down communications in a meaningful and persuasive manner to promote value and impact first. Lastly, the right candidate must have a task-oriented, project management approach for client action items.
WHATYOU’LL DO
- Build relationships with client practices including providers and administrative staff to further integrate and adopt our solution.
- Find creative and compelling ways to relay important information to stakeholders.
- Carry out a success strategy and scalable processes.
- Support the lifecycle of client success that drives revenue increases and product expansion.
- Be a problem solver with a success-driven mindset to hit goals and milestones.
- Grow Prescribe FIT accounts by implementing new ways for clients to increase utilization.
- Be the first point-of-contact for client issues and see through to resolution.
- Act as project manager for client to lead through the implementation activities.
- Focus on expansion opportunities within a client practice to engage new physicians to enroll their patients.
- Work interdepartmentally with sales, software engineering, care coordination, patient referral specialist, and operations/finance teams to resolve operational, technical, and billing issues.
- Monitor KPIs for improvement in process.
- Offer a “white glove” approach to account management with routine communication, effective listening, quick completion of action items, and transparency.
- Collaborate on projects with urgency and clarity to product management, sales, and other teams.
- Operationalize best workflow strategies for efficient exchange of documents and information to/from Prescribe FIT and manage ongoing adherence.
- Conduct a quarterly business review with clients to identify expansion opportunities and challenge areas.
- 3+ years of previous experience in customer success, account management, or similar role.
- 3+ years of previous experience working in or with healthcare practices (preferably orthopedics).
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
- Desire to work hard and collaborate cross-functionally within a diverse, start-up environment.
- Strong ability to diagnose client needs when ambiguous or challenging to understand.
- Strong desire to create long-lasting relationships and the tact to manage them effectively during challenging times.
- Strong interpersonal skills, problem solving and structured thinking.
- Project management and/or implementation experience. Ability to adapt to client needs and priorities.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Experience using CRM software.
