Change Management Consultant

Our client, a leading organization in the financial industry, is seeking a Change Management Consultant to join their team. As a Change Management Consultant, you will be part of the Organizational Transformation department supporting cross‑functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a pragmatic approach, and the ability to collaborate effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Change Management Consultant

Location: Columbus, Ohio

Pay Range: $47

• Design, implement, and reinforce change strategies to support organizational and technology transformation initiatives.

• Collaborate with Agile product teams, program leadership, and business stakeholders to embed change activities into delivery cycles.

• Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and readiness evaluations to identify risks and develop mitigation plans.

• Lead communication, training, engagement, and adoption activities to ensure successful transitions.

• Track change progress, measure adoption, and adjust strategies to overcome resistance and facilitate smooth change adoption.

• 5+ years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Transformation, or related fields.

• Experience supporting Agile product and program delivery, including familiarity with sprints, ceremonies, and cross‑functional teams.

• Proven ability to quickly learn new tools, processes, and environments for immediate contribution.

• Strong conflict‑resolution skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

• Understanding of regulatory, operational, and risk considerations within the financial industry.
