Our client, a leading organization in the financial industry, is seeking a Change Management Consultant to join their team. As a Change Management Consultant, you will be part of the Organizational Transformation department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a pragmatic approach, and the ability to collaborate effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?- Design, implement, and reinforce change strategies to support organizational and technology transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with Agile product teams, program leadership, and business stakeholders to embed change activities into delivery cycles.
- Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and readiness evaluations to identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Lead communication, training, engagement, and adoption activities to ensure successful transitions.
- Track change progress, measure adoption, and adjust strategies to overcome resistance and facilitate smooth change adoption.
- 5+ years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Transformation, or related fields.
- Experience supporting Agile product and program delivery, including familiarity with sprints, ceremonies, and cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to quickly learn new tools, processes, and environments for immediate contribution.
- Strong conflict-resolution skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Understanding of regulatory, operational, and risk considerations within the financial industry.
