• 2-4 years of experience in business, process improvement, or related operational support roles
• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
• Required certifications:
  Lean Six Sigma and Yellow Belt
• HFMA Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) within 9 months of hire
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills

• Prior experience in a supervisory or lead role
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within revenue cycle operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, Power Automate)
• Knowledge of root cause analysis methodologies and process documentation
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
