Enterprise Strategist

Overview

The Enterprise Strategist is  responsible for developing and implementing

IAMstrategies to drive sales and increase market share in designated regions for One Identity. They will work closely with sales teams, product managers, engineering, channel leadership,and other stakeholders toidentifyopportunities and create actionable plans to achieve business goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track recordin

IAMtechnologysales, analyst relations, program management,market strategy, and a deep understanding of theIAMindustry and market trends.

• Develop and implement strategic
  
  IAMplans to drive sales and increase market share in designated regions
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, product managers, and marketing teams, toidentifyopportunities and create actionableGTMplans
• Analyze market data and trends toidentifygrowth opportunities and areas for improvement
• Develop andmaintainrelationships with key customers and partners in the field
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences
• Provide regular reports and updates on progress and performance to senior management
• Continuouslymonitorand assess the competitive landscape to stay informed of industry trends and developments

• A minimum of10years of experience inIAM technology and market strategy
• Proven track recordof success in driving strategic technology sales and increasing market share
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Bachelor's degree in technology,business, or a related field
• Ability to travel regularly
• Strong understanding of theIAMindustry and market trends
• Knowledge of CRM tools and data analysis tools is a plus
