As a Product Manager in Trust & Safety Client List Screening (CLS), you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end‑to‑end product life cycle. You act as the voice of the customer, develop profitable products that deliver customer value, and guide the successful launch of new functionality. Your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground enables you to gather crucial feedback and ensure top‑tier client experiences.

With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality products that exceed customer expectations.

• Develop a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
• Manage discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
• Own, maintain, and develop a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
• Build the framework and track the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
• Implement Data Management uplifts and re‑onboarding of files for Client List Screening to satisfy the Global Financial Crimes Compliance (GFCC) Data Integrity Standards
• Deliver new product enhancements and offerings by working directly with Technology, Business, and Operations partners to define efforts, write effective requirements, and deliver outstanding results
• Assist the Product Owner with developing a strategic analysis approach and structuring required deliverables, as well as overall project management, risk management, and organizational readiness activities
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing and Business / Operations Readiness
• Monitor systems production health and act swiftly when issues arise that may impact customer experience or the business

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or AML/BSA role
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
• BA/BS or relative experience
• Demonstrated advanced knowledge of JIRA and Scrum events (backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospectives)
• Intellectually curious, committed, self‑starter who can work under minimum supervision
• Expert at multi‑tasking and meeting deadlines in a high‑pressure environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with outstanding presentation and communication skills

• Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
• Knowledge of Screen
  
  IT and/or other screening filter tools
• Expertise in the Client List Screening end‑to‑end operational workflow
• Prior experience with JP Morgan Chase end‑to‑end Sanctions List Screening program including Business, Operations, or GFCC
• Advanced data analytics skills and familiarity using SQL
• Recognized as subject matter expert within Sanction Screening or a related organization
