This role is critical to maintaining consistency across both recurrent Flight Attendants and new hires by ensuring standardized curriculum and training expectations. Through consistent instruction and evaluation, the position directly supports uniform safety standards and an elevated service experience for Owners. The individual must learn aviation safety regulations and plays a key role in preparing Flight Attendants to deliver exceptional safety performance and customer service.

This position will support 40+ weeks of CMH-based training annually. This role will partner closely with the inflight training ground instructor, lead.

• Co-facilitate, and at times, facilitate, FA Recurrent and Initial modules, coursework, exams, drills, and other learnings.
• Update curriculum to address trends in industry, specific NJA business goals, and FA feedback.
• Collaborate with other stakeholders as needed, including the pilot group, NSRs, pilot instructors, Global Five Senses, etc.
• Facilitate trainings for other departments, including OS, Scheduling, etc.
• Travel as needed
