• Function as the primary customer contact on a tactic level, supporting upper‑level customer management team members and partnering with Agency Operations, Strategy, Medical and Creative.
• Support day‑to‑day account activities and ensure the execution of tactical objectives are aligned with customer expectations and overall brand strategy.
• Partner with the Project Manager and Planner to manage changes to project parameters that may affect timing, cost, or workload.
• Build relationships with customer contacts and colleagues, providing value as a source of information relative to tactical strategy, brand objectives and business needs.
• Assist in writing project briefs and securing signed copies from customer.
• Orchestrate pre‑kickoff meetings and initiation of new customer request.
• Manage budgetary needs of the customer in partnership with the Planner.

• ~2+ years’ relevant customer experience in a pharmaceutical advertising agency.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Adobe Professional experience (desired).

The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $40‑$45/hr but may vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role.
