We are seeking a high-energy, motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Success & Sales Support Specialist. This is an all-inclusive support role dedicated to ensuring the sales team’s success and providing world-class service to our clients. In this position, your mission is to provide 100% focus on supporting the sales department and optimizing our internal operations.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct daily reviews of customer lists with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in Salesforce.
- Analyze data logs to create daily and weekly reports on metrics, conversion rates, and opportunity ratios.
- Assist in creating sales materials to ensure the team is prepared for every pitch.
- Prepare and schedule shipping labels using UPS, Fed Ex, and Shippo.
- Maintain accurate records of all shipment labels and Bills of Lading (BOLs).
- Handle any shipment issues immediately and communicate updates to the executive team and customers.
- Monitor inventory levels on a daily basis and maintain vendor portals.
- Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues with a professional and helpful demeanor.
- Pre-qualify leads and make outbound calls to follow up on inquiries or gather feedback.
- Manage phone calls, take messages, and handle all office correspondence, including invoices and receipts.
- Optimize office processes and maintain and improve related documentation.
- Support the Director Of Sales and Sales Team with various daily tasks.
- Anticipate needs and priorities to keep sales director and team on track and prepared.
- Join key meetings to take notes, track action items, and follow up as needed.
- Ensure all prep materials, presentations for meetings are organized and delivered ahead of time.
- Attention to Detail: Habit of reviewing work 3–4 times before completion.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be comfortable talking to customers and pushing internal team members for results.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Salesforce, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and shipping platforms like Shippo.
- Logistics Background: Prior experience in logistics is considered a significant bonus.
