We are seeking a high-energy, motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Success & Sales Support Specialist. This is an all-inclusive support role dedicated to ensuring the sales team’s success and providing world-class service to our clients. In this position, your mission is to provide 100% focus on supporting the sales department and optimizing our internal operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily reviews of customer lists with the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in Salesforce.
  • Analyze data logs to create daily and weekly reports on metrics, conversion rates, and opportunity ratios.
  • Assist in creating sales materials to ensure the team is prepared for every pitch.
  • Prepare and schedule shipping labels using UPS, Fed Ex, and Shippo.
  • Maintain accurate records of all shipment labels and Bills of Lading (BOLs).
  • Handle any shipment issues immediately and communicate updates to the executive team and customers.
  • Monitor inventory levels on a daily basis and maintain vendor portals.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues with a professional and helpful demeanor.
  • Pre-qualify leads and make outbound calls to follow up on inquiries or gather feedback.
  • Manage phone calls, take messages, and handle all office correspondence, including invoices and receipts.
  • Optimize office processes and maintain and improve related documentation.
  • Support the Director Of Sales and Sales Team with various daily tasks.
  • Anticipate needs and priorities to keep sales director and team on track and prepared.
  • Join key meetings to take notes, track action items, and follow up as needed.
  • Ensure all prep materials, presentations for meetings are organized and delivered ahead of time.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Attention to Detail: Habit of reviewing work 3–4 times before completion.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be comfortable talking to customers and pushing internal team members for results.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Salesforce, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and shipping platforms like Shippo.
  • Logistics Background: Prior experience in logistics is considered a significant bonus.
