Overview
We are currently accepting resumes for a Procurement Contracts Consultant position in Columbus, OH. This position is onsite. Benefits:

We are looking for a Procurement Contracts Consultant to support the drafting, negotiation, and management of Professional Services Agreements (PSAs) and other commercial contracts. This role sits at the intersection of legal, procurement, and business stakeholders and is responsible for protecting the organization while enabling business operations. This is not a sourcing or purchasing role. It is a contract-driven, negotiation-focused position for someone who works hands-on with contract language and supplier agreements.
WhatYou Will Do
- Draft, review, and negotiate Professional Services Agreements (PSAs), amendments, and statements of work
- Partner closely with internal attorneys, category managers, and business stakeholders
- Interpret contract language and explain terms, risks, and obligations to non-legal teams
- Review existing contracts and lead negotiations for renewals, changes, and extensions
- Lead supplier negotiations related to scope, pricing, service levels, and contract terms
- Manage contract compliance, change orders, and dispute resolution
- Ensure agreements align with corporate risk, financial, and operational objectives
- Maintain accurate contract records and documentation
This role is ideal for someone with a contracts or paralegal-style background who has moved into commercial contract negotiation and management.
Required Experience- 3 to 10 years of experience working with Professional Services Agreements or commercial service contracts
- Demonstrated experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
- Experience partnering with attorneys, legal teams, and business stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and contract documentation accuracy
- Experience in commercial (non-government) contracting environments
- Experience in corporate environments such as healthcare, insurance, utilities, or enterprise services
- Experience managing multiple service agreements and negotiations at the same time
- Not a sourcing or buyer role
- Not a government or federal contracts position
- Not a leadership or management role
- Not a support or coordinator role
This is a hands-on commercial contracts ownership role.
