As a Procurement Manager at EFG, you will work closely with a talented, flat‑hierarchy team to solve complex, challenging tasks. Your responsibilities will focus on the US market, supporting the global procurement team and providing expertise to all EFG departments. You will manage system implementation projects, serve as the primary point of contact for your region, and report directly to the SVP and Director of Procurement.

• Prepare, plan, run, and evaluate purchasing projects, managing the full end‑to‑end procurement project lifecycle from requirement analysis to RFx execution and post‑project evaluation.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, leading discussions on pricing, payment terms, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and risk mitigation.
• Identify, evaluate, manage, and develop relationships with suppliers; analyze spend and create strategic purchasing plans.
• Act as the primary procurement business partner for Operations and Product teams, translating their roadmaps into effective sourcing strategies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs, align activities with organizational objectives, with a special focus on US operations.

• Business degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in IT tools (Office programs, especially Excel, project management software, sourcing software).
• Analytical mindset: enjoy digging into data, identifying patterns, and building concrete strategies.
• Financial acumen: understand costs, budgeting, and procurement implications.
• Operational management skills: manage supplier relationships and optimize flow of goods and services (Supply Chain Management).
• Technical proficiency: experience with modern procurement technology (e.g., Coupa Software Suite).
